Tripawds
Hi, my name is Spirit Jerry G. Dawg, and I am the founder of Tripawds.com, a community for three legged dogs and their pawrents.
If you've just been told that your beloved dog must undergo a leg amputation, I want to tell you that it's not the end of the world. Dogs can have a great quality of life on three legs!
I lost one of my front legs in 2006 because of canine osteosarcoma. Doctors gave me just three or four months to live, but I proved them wrong and made it almost two years!
Since my diagnosis, my pawrents have created my Tripawds website as a place for humans to come to learn about canine amputation. From pre-surgery jitters to living life as a senior Tripawd, we have a whole lot of experience with Tripawd Living.
So read my articles, talk to other three legged dog pawrents at my site, and remember, "It's better to Hop on Three Legs than Limp on Four!"
